For orders costing over 199 UAH, cash on delivery is possible, goods costing lower are subject to full prepayment.

The buyer has the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the device has not been used, and if there is packaging and a sales receipt.

The product warranty from the manufacturer is provided for a period of 14 days to 36 months. The terms and conditions of warranty service are determined individually by each manufacturer. Malfunctions are repaired at official service centers. In the event of a breakdown, the buyer must contact the nearest repair center and return the faulty device. The repair period ranges from 14 days to three months.

Using the Guarantee + service from the Euro-Arma store, the consumer needs to contact the store manager to clarify where to send the product for repair. The manager independently resolves issues regarding warranty service. Repair period is up to 14 days.
